During new construction or in large remodel projects, the energy modeling process can reveal cost effective measures that will save thousands of dollars over the life of the building. It is much cheaper to install efficiency measures during this phase of any project, and energy modeling can guide designers, builders and home owners to make well informed decisions on what improvements and upgrades make the most sense for their home or project.
